To place a secure order, simply click on the “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” buttons located throughout our website. By clicking on these buttons, you will be directed to our secure checkout page where you can complete your purchase with confidence. Our eCommerce checkout is fully encrypted, ensuring the protection of your personal information. We have partnered with major credit/debit card providers, such as Visa and Mastercard, to offer you a secure payment experience. Rest assured that your purchase is 100% insured and protected.

Orders placed before 1pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. For domestic shipping within most states, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 days, although it may arrive even sooner. International shipping may take up to 14 days to arrive, but it can be quicker depending on the efficiency of Customs clearance.

Once your order has been shipped, our shipping partners will send your tracking number directly to your email inbox. Please allow up to 24 hours (Monday to Friday) or up to 72 hours (for weekend orders) for the tracking number to be sent.

In most cases, we receive orders placed on our secure website, but occasionally, tracking emails may not reach your inbox. If you have ordered BU Renewed™ and have not received a tracking number within the specified time frame, please check your Spam folder and Promotions tab (if using Gmail). If you still haven’t received your tracking number, please contact our customer service team, and they will resend it to you.

If your tracking details have not been updated for a certain number of days, especially for international orders, it is normal for the tracking information to remain unchanged while your order is in transit or at an airport. Once your order is received by your country’s Customs department, the tracking information should be updated, and an estimated delivery date will be provided. 

There is a possibility that you may be required to pay import fees for your international order. Unfortunately, we have no control over your country’s importation laws. If you have concerns about potential import fees, we recommend checking your local Customs Office website for detailed information and conditions. Please note that we are unable to reimburse you for any import fees charged by your country.
